![]() I honestly do not know how people sign these forms - I am a Director of Graduate Studies in a PhD program at a major university and a small part of my responsibilities is to collect and route documents signed by my faculty. I have been struggling with these issues for close to a year now. Adobe needs to make sure that all signatures show up all the time, no matter which program was used.įirst off, let me thank you for your kindness in trying to help me. My colleagues all run different platforms, have different versions of Adobe, and use different ways provided by Adobe to sign their documents. This is not an issue on our end, but an issue the program has had for a long time that needs to get addressed but has been ignored. I do see that Acrobat is giving the same advice over and over again, 'go to view, click on show/hide', etc, etc. I spend more time having people re-sign in different ways, having some signatures show up and others not in documents signed by various people, having to re-route documents of signators over and over again - this should not become my main job. In my function I need to receive many files that are signed by various people, and ever since I upgraded to Acrobat Pro DC the signature situations have become a nightmare. This is not a new issue, it has been going on through multiple program versions and upgrades. I have a Mac computer, running Acrobat Pro DC 2021.001.20155, and MacOS Big Sur Version 11.3. Some will show up in Mac Preview, but then the check boxes are unchecked, and some signatures that do show up in Acrobat Pro might vanish in Preview. Yes, I do have the latest version, yes, I have restarted my computer multiple times, and no, the signatures do not show up. ![]() Many of the signatures are not showing up, and I have embarrassed myself arguing with people that their forms are not signed. I am having the same problem - I have to collect individual forms, each of which is signed by a different person, as well as forms signed by multiple people.
